PROFILE
Roy R. Green, B.Sc., CQE, MIQA is an accomplished professional in the field of Quality, Productivity and Service, with over 28 years working with major companies internationally, including ITT, Canadian General Electric, Northern Telecom (Nortel), Royal Bank. Has seen life in hardware and software Quality, from shop-floor to corporate management. Has taught Quality management courses in the university and community college environments, and provided consulting services, training sessions, seminars, keynotes, and workshops.
Proven strengths include:
- good leadership, communication, instructive, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- wide knowledge of Quality management philosophies, technology, procedures, including TQM/ISO.
- experienced speaker, presenter, trainer, facilitator and seminar leader. flexible and adaptable, and works well with people at all levels.
- resourceful, with many industry contacts through my activities in ASQ, CSA, and the Canadian Advisory Committee on Quality Management and Quality Assurance.
